Photography Rental Policy

We’re so excited to welcome photographers to Bloom & Bray Farm. To help protect the farm, our animals, and your reserved time, please review the policies below before booking.

Booking & Payment

A signed photography rental agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to reserve your date and time.

Half of the rental fee is due upfront to book. The remaining balance is due the day before your scheduled shoot.

Your date is not officially reserved until the agreement is signed and the deposit has been paid.

Cancellations & Transfers

All deposits, retainers, rental fees, and payments are non-refundable.

Reserved dates and times may not be transferred, sold, gifted, traded, or moved to another photographer, client, person, or date.

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, client cancellations, illness, scheduling conflicts, vehicle issues, equipment failure, or any other reason outside of Bloom & Bray Farm LLC’s control.

Weather Policy

Photography rentals may only be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions as determined by Bloom & Bray Farm LLC.

Weather decisions are made by Bloom & Bray Farm LLC on the day of the scheduled rental.

If Bloom & Bray Farm LLC determines that weather conditions require a reschedule, the photographer may choose a new available date. No refunds will be issued for weather.

Use of Property

Photographers and their clients are expected to respect the property, animals, gardens, buildings, sets, props, and farm features.

Please stay in approved areas only, do not enter restricted areas, and do not handle animals unless directed by farm staff.

Children must be supervised at all times.

All trash and personal items must be removed before leaving.

Animals

Animal participation is never guaranteed.

For the safety, comfort, and well-being of our animals and guests, Bloom & Bray Farm LLC reserves the right to substitute, remove, rest, relocate, or adjust animal participation at any time without notice and without refund.

This may include using only one donkey, switching animals, or removing animals from a session if needed.

Farm Conditions

Bloom & Bray Farm is an outdoor working farm. Weather, lighting, grass, flowers, seasonal décor, props, sets, animals, and farm conditions may vary and are not guaranteed.

Liability

By booking and entering the property, photographers and their clients acknowledge that Bloom & Bray Farm is a working farm and agree to enter at their own risk.

Bloom & Bray Farm LLC is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, allergic reactions, animal-related incidents, vehicle damage, property damage, lost items, or personal belongings.

Session Time

Please arrive on time. Your rental must begin and end within your reserved time slot to avoid overlap with other bookings.

Late arrival does not extend your rental time.

Guest Amenities

Bloom & Bray Farm is a private working farm, and public restroom access is not available at this time.

Please plan accordingly before your visit so your session can run smoothly.
