Workshop & Event Policies

We are so happy you’re planning to spend time with us at Bloom & Bray Farm. Below are a few helpful details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Workshop Bookings

All workshop bookings are non-refundable due to limited seating and advance preparation of materials.

If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to:
• Transfer your seat to a friend by emailing your request to bloomandbrayfarm@gmail.com

Mini Donkey Photo Ops

Mini donkey photo op bookings are non-refundable.

If you’re unable to attend your scheduled time, you may:
• Transfer your time slot to a friend or another family

Please email bloomandbrayfarm@gmail.comwith any transfer request prior to your scheduled time.

For the safety and well-being of our animals, Bloom & Bray Farm reserves the right to substitute animals or adjust animal participation at any time. This may include using only one donkey or removing an animal from a session if needed. No refunds or reschedules will be issued due to these adjustments.

Photography Rental Policy

We’re so excited to have you create at Bloom & Bray Farm. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following policies before booking:

Booking & Payment
All photography sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to reserve your date and time.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non-refundable.

Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time.
• Reschedules are subject to availability
• One reschedule per booking is permitted
• Requests made within 48 hours of your session will not be eligible for rescheduling

Weather Policy
Sessions will only be rescheduled in the event of unsafe weather conditions (such as heavy rain or severe storms). Overcast skies, wind, or cooler temperatures are not considered reasons for rescheduling.

Use of Property
Photographers and their clients are expected to respect the property, animals, and all farm features.
• Do not enter restricted areas
• Do not handle animals unless directed by farm staff
• Leave all areas as you found them

Session Time
Please arrive on time. Your session must begin and end within your reserved time slot to avoid overlap with other bookings.

Liability
By booking, you and your clients acknowledge that you are entering a working farm environment and assume all risks associated with being on the property.

Animals For the safety and well-being of our animals, Bloom & Bray Farm reserves the right to substitute animals or adjust animal participation at any time. Weather Policy

Bloom & Bray Farm events are held outdoors in our garden setting.

In the event of inclement weather, workshops and gatherings will be:
• Rescheduled to a new date, or
• Issued as a farm credit toward a future event if the same class is not rescheduled or offered again

Guests will be notified in advance if weather conditions require a change.

Private Gatherings & Event Bookings

Private garden gatherings are reserved for your group and require advance preparation.

All private event bookings are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled with a 14 day notice based on availability.

Final guest counts should be confirmed prior to your event. Additional guests may not be accommodated beyond the maximum capacity.

Food & Beverage

Guests are welcome to bring their own wine or beverages to enjoy during workshops and private gatherings.

Bloom & Bray Farm does not sell alcohol. Please drink responsibly.

Farm Setting

Bloom & Bray Farm is a working farm. During your visit, you may see miniature donkeys, a miniature horse, goats, ducks, and other animals nearby.

Guests are asked to be respectful of the animals and follow any guidance provided during interactions.

Outdoor Environment

All events take place outdoors in our garden setting.

We recommend:
• Comfortable footwear
• Weather-appropriate attire

Event setups may be adjusted slightly based on weather or seasonal conditions.

Guest Amenities

A private on-site restroom will be available for guest use during events.
