A Storybook Setting for Your Next Session

Welcome to Bloom & Bray Farm, a private photography location tucked away in Boyd, Texas, just outside of DFW.

Created for photographers looking for something a little different, Bloom & Bray is our little storybook farm filled with thoughtfully created spaces for beautiful, memorable sessions.

Wander through our flower-filled gardens and open meadow, photograph beneath the old trees, or create something charming around the swing, clothesline, farm buildings and other seasonal spaces throughout the property.

Photographers may also reserve access to some of our signature farm features, including our vintage white farm truck and our much-loved miniature donkeys, Clementine & Eleanor.

When you reserve Bloom & Bray Farm, you'll have dedicated time to create with your clients away from the crowds and distractions of a public location.

Whether you're planning family sessions, children's portraits, maternity photos, senior sessions, branding sessions or seasonal minis, the farm gives you the freedom to create photographs that feel warm, whimsical and full of character.

Photography Rental Rates at Bloom & Bray Farm

Photography sessions are available by appointment.

Basic Farm Rental

Use the farm as your photography location.

$100 per hour

• Access to the sunset meadow, swing, clothesline, garden, barn backdrop, and farm photo areas
• Up to 5 client sessions per hour
• By appointment only

Farm Rental + Vintage Truck

Add our vintage white farm truck to the basic farm rental for a classic farm backdrop.

$125 per hour

• Includes access to the vintage white truck during your reserved rental time • Access to the sunset meadow, swing, clothesline, garden, barn backdrop, and farm photo areas
• Up to 5 client sessions per hour • Perfect for family, children, maternity, senior, seasonal, and branding sessions

Farm + Mini Donkeys

Add Clementine and Eleanor to your photography session for a unique farm experience.

$200 per hour

• Includes full farm access, vintage truck and miniature donkey photo opportunities in the meadow
• Up to 5 client sessions per hour
• Donkeys handled by Bloom & Bray Farm staff
• Perfect for children, family, maternity, and mommy-and-me sessions

Animal sessions are limited to preserve the comfort and well-being of our donkeys.

Farm + Vintage Truck +Mini Donkeys

The FULL Farm photography session for a unique farm experience.

$225 per hour

• Includes full farm access to garden, vintage truck and miniature donkey photo opportunities in the meadow with clients. Donkeys can be styled with flower crowns, bows, just let us know your theme and we will do our best to accommodate.
• Up to 5 client sessions per hour
• Donkeys handled by Bloom & Bray Farm staff
• Perfect for children, family, maternity, and mommy-and-me sessions

Animal sessions are limited to preserve the comfort and well-being of our donkeys. Animals will be handled by Bloom & Bray Farm staff during your rental

Mini Donkey Tea Party

Bloom & Bray Farm is proudly home to the Mini Donkey Tea Party, a charming storybook-style photo experience featuring our sweet miniature donkeys, Clementine and Eleanor.

This signature setup includes a beautifully styled tea party scene where children and families can enjoy photos alongside the donkeys for a truly memorable farm experience.

30 Minutes — $175
60 Minutes — $300

• Donkeys handled by Bloom & Bray Farm staff
• Perfect for children’s portraits
• Limited availability

To ensure the comfort and well-being of our donkeys, Tea Party sessions are carefully scheduled and limited to one photographer per day.

Seasonal Photo Ops on the Farm

Seasonal sets are available for a limited time and may include exclusive props and styling not available with standard farm rentals.

Styled seasonal sets designed exclusively for photographers by Bloom & Bray Farm.

$200 per hour

• Access to the featured seasonal photo setup during your rental period
• Seasonal themes may include Fall, Christmas, Spring, Fourth of July, and other limited-time installations
• Up to 5 client sessions per hour
• By appointment only • Add miniature donkeys Clementine & Eleanor to your session for $50 an hour
(when seasonal setup allows)

Seasonal sets vary throughout the year and will be announced as they become available.

Single Client Sessions

Need the farm for just one client? 30-minute photographer rentals may be available for single-client sessions when the schedule permits.

These shorter sessions are designed for photographers who do not need a full hourly rental and are subject to availability.

30 minutes — Half of the standard rate

Single-client sessions are not guaranteed and may be limited during weekends, peak seasons, or high-demand dates. For multiple clients, mini-session events, or back-to-back sessions, our standard hourly rental rates apply.

Good to Know

• Bloom & Bray Farm is private property and access is by scheduled appointment only
• A signed liability waiver is required for all visitors
• Animals must always be handled by farm staff
• Please respect the animals, gardens, and farm property
• Seasonal photo opportunities will be announced throughout the year

Book the Farm

Photography Rental Policy

We’re so excited to welcome photographers to Bloom & Bray Farm. To help protect the farm, our animals, and your reserved time, please review the policies below before booking.

Booking & Payment

A signed photography rental agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to reserve your date and time.

Half of the rental fee is due upfront to book. The remaining balance is due the day before your scheduled shoot.

Your date is not officially reserved until the agreement is signed and the deposit has been paid.

Cancellations & Transfers

All deposits, retainers, rental fees, and payments are non-refundable.

Reserved dates and times may not be transferred, sold, gifted, traded, or moved to another photographer, client, person, or date.

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, client cancellations, illness, scheduling conflicts, vehicle issues, equipment failure, or any other reason outside of Bloom & Bray Farm LLC’s control.

Weather Policy

Photography rentals may only be rescheduled due to rain and or unsafe weather conditions as determined by Bloom & Bray Farm LLC.

Weather decisions are made by Bloom & Bray Farm LLC on the day of the scheduled rental.

If Bloom & Bray Farm LLC determines that weather conditions require a reschedule, the photographer may choose a new available date. No refunds will be issued for weather.

Use of Property

Photographers and their clients are expected to respect the property, animals, gardens, buildings, sets, props, and farm features.

Please stay in approved areas only, do not enter restricted areas, and do not handle animals unless directed by farm staff.

Children must be supervised at all times.

All trash and personal items must be removed before leaving.

Animals

Animal participation is never guaranteed.

For the safety, comfort, and well-being of our animals and guests, Bloom & Bray Farm LLC reserves the right to substitute, remove, rest, relocate, or adjust animal participation at any time without notice and without refund.

This may include using only one donkey, switching animals, or removing animals from a session if needed.

Farm Conditions

Bloom & Bray Farm is an outdoor working farm. Weather, lighting, grass, flowers, seasonal décor, props, sets, animals, and farm conditions may vary and are not guaranteed.

Liability

By booking and entering the property, photographers and their clients acknowledge that Bloom & Bray Farm is a working farm and agree to enter at their own risk.

Bloom & Bray Farm LLC is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, allergic reactions, animal-related incidents, vehicle damage, property damage, lost items, or personal belongings.

Session Time

Please arrive on time. Your rental must begin and end within your reserved time slot to avoid overlap with other bookings.

Late arrival does not extend your rental time.

Guest Amenities

Bloom & Bray Farm is a private working farm, and public restroom access is not available at this time.

Please plan accordingly before your visit so your session can run smoothly.
